Library User Research of Informal Learning Spaces

I designed and conducted a qualitative study of user perceptions of informal learning spaces to identify pain points at the D.H. Hill Library at NC State. I collaborated with librarians to collect and analyze data to create user personas. Findings from my work were applied in the design of informal learning spaces at NC State’s award-winning James B. Hunt Jr. Library.
